Very useful set

Does the job very well

1cm shorter length and width

I haven’t had a chance to use one yet, I will be in a few days when I smoke some pork belly.
The reason I have already goven it 3* is the fact that it’s about 1cm short in length and width. Which really wouldn’t be an issue if I didn’t have a rack that would have fit perfectly inside it, but now rests unevenly at the top part, so I’ve had to bend the shape of it outwards to make it work.
